Microsoft will be able to offer Huawei software.


Chinese tech giant Huawei has no barrier to US tech company Microsoft from selling softwareMicrosoft authorities say they have received US government approval to export the software to Huawei.

 On November 27, the US Commerce Department approved Microsoft's license.  A spokesman for Microsoft confirmed to the news agency that the news agency told Reuters, "I applaud them for responding to the US Department of Commerce on our request."

 Last Wednesday, the US government approved a three-month extended license for Huawei to receive US goods and services.

 Even after Huawei was blacklisted in May this year, the US Commerce Department allowed US companies to purchase their parts through temporary licenses.

 As a reason, Commerce Minister Wilbur Ross said some mobile network service providers in the remote parts of the United States depend on Huawei's 3G and FourG network technology.  Considering those users, it was decided to extend the license.
