Jang Kyung-chul, a college bus driver, is a psycho killer.  He breaks into pieces after raping a girl named Joo-yun.  And dumps some of his ear into an abandoned place.  One day a boy found parts of those ears and informed the police.  Kim Soo-hyun, the husband of Joo-yun, is an officer of the National Intelligence Service.  He follows her to avenge his wife's murder.  After that the thief continues to play police. Bakita will be seen in the movie.  Who will get rid of whom to see who will kill.  No chance of getting bored.  I hope you have a good time. 

I saw The Devil Movie Review :   

It's an amazing movie. Very gd story and awesome acting. It questions our humanity that is it necessary to turn evil to defeat evil. When a person sees that there is no good in remaining a Good person then he turns evil....real evil and that's what the lead actor potrays. But still even when the Evil captures our body it's unable to seize our soul and Traces of humanity is still left in us no matter how evil we became. This side is represented beautifully in the end of the movie when the lead actor starts to cry after analysing his deeds.
"I Saw The Devil" doesn't mess around.
 I Always respect and admire many Korean films for many reasons, its story, performances and portrayal of violent society to a limited extend. But I really dispise "I Saw the devil" despite having great performances in it.
First and Foremost its really really disturbing film, I couldnt take it out of mind for more than 2 days after watching it. There is a limit of portraying violence and gore in a film even if you have a creative freedom in the industry, but director Kim doesn't seems to bother these things and made a film that is almost un watchable, 
so whats the purpose?
Its a story of a serial killer who kidnaps, rapes and murders young women for no reason (Having a mental issue is the only shown easy reason). A young police man soon tracks him down after his fiancé is brutally murdered by this person, but he don't kill him, instead he keeps torturing him after letting him loose, and indirectly allows him to kill more innocent people and he keeps chasing him again.
This is the major part where I lost respect for this film, it has no message, no conclusion or any meaning in why he is let loose and allowed to roam freely, is this high end policeman really dumb? how bad luck for those Koreans living under the protection of this person.
I Saw The Devil Movie breaks all the barrier for gore and violence, I am saying this specifically because I loved films like "Old Boy" or "Battleship Island" or "Train to Busan" which were also violent, but they had its moments and values in it , but this film have no such moment in it.
